The discovery of gravitational waves from the coalescence of binary black holes in 2015 has marked the dawn of the gravitational wave (GW) astronomy/cosmology. Besides the gravitational wave bursts from the mergers, our universe is fulfilled by stochastic background of gravitational waves, which carries fruitful information of the early universe. I will briefly review the secondary GWs sourced by the primordial velocity perturbation of the cosmic fluid originating from inflation, and discuss their connection to the primordial black holes which may be candidates for all the dark matter. I will explain why the space-borne interferometers like LISA/Taiji/TianQin can detect the associated GW signals when the primordial black holes are all the dark matter.
